LastMile Corporation Case

In this case, LastMile's CEO is face with a decision on who to partner with for the development and launch of LastMile's new product. LastMile has two offers on the table and is trying to decide how to proceed.

The full case study is in your course textbook (Vitale), page 423.

Case Questions & Points of Focus:
  1. What are the channel relationship considerations that are at work in this case?
  2. What are the advantages / disadvantages of the solutions and alternatives for partnership?
